CheZOD 2018 database

Description

A database was compiled that consists of NMR data for 117 proteins from BioMagResBank (http://bmrb.wisc.edu) that have disordered regions in them. The database is described here: There is Diversity in Disorder-“In all Chaos there is a Cosmos, in all Disorder a Secret Order”. Nielsen JT, Mulder FA. Front Mol Biosci. 2016 Feb 11;3:4. The 2018 updated database holds the same entries, but the residue-specific disorder was now analyzed with the POTENCI random coil chemical shift prediction program (see elsewhere on the server); POTENCI also accounts for pH, temperature and next-nearest neighbor sequence effects.
